Logan is very professional and understanding. We installed the shutters approx 2 years ago and one of the shutters was playing a bit. Even though I called Logan on the weekend, he came down to fix the shutter the very next day at such a short notice. I would highly recommend him.

Logan was so nice from the phone call to set up a time to install and arriving to do the doors. For two sliding doors and a double door install he was only here for 2 hours. He was very precise in his installation and all the doors look and work great! Very happy with the service, I'm sure our landlord will be too and will keep this company in mind when we buy our own home. He also is good for a chat and loves a cup of tea! Haha thanks Logan.

I have recently had 3 new roller shutters installed and a security door and I am more than happy with the service and products. Logan came out to give us a quote and was extremely polite, professional and very helpful. No pressure sales (unlike competitor!). He gave us a best price up front which was very affordable. The installation took place in just over a week. The installer was also very pleasant and experienced. I had blinds and security doors installation services about 2 months ago and a post-installation service today. At the beginning when we were not sure about what blind types and color to choose, he would give honest suggestions not based on what is most costly but what is most suitable for our place. For the security door opening side, he also gave advises to help future furniture moving in/out, which we never thought about.

It would be great if he could be more responsive to the messages in the future. Because sometimes, it takes a while to get him back to me due to things acceptable such as sickness. If he could have let me know earlier it would be even better.

Today, he not only helped us with some blind issues and also helped us put a new clock on the wall, which is not part of his responsibility.

Casey Screens arranged for the installation of 5x 240V motorized window roller shutters, 1x window flywire screen, 2x replacement security door locks and mesh, and 1x window security screen.

I am very happy with all the work done with regards to the screens (Logan) and John (roller shutter installer).

John had the unfortunate luck of his van breaking down on the morning of the scheduled installation. He was good enough to come out and install them on Sunday instead and arranged for electricians to complete the job first thing on Monday morning.

Casey Screens did an excellent job of installing our roller shutters (11 windows). As other customers have indicated Logan came and very professionally presented the system and costs with no sales "gimmicks" (one of my other quotes started at nearly twice their final cost and then "applied" all these special discounts, I was waiting for "also comes with a set of steak knives" :). Casey Screens was the most competitive price and the screens were installed within a week or so just before christmas. The installer was great! Having just survived the past 40C+ week in Melbourne the shutters have made an amazing difference to the comfort in our house.

I called Logan for quotes. He gave me reasonable quotes for security screen. Installation was fast on November 2013. During summer 2014, it was so hot, two of security door jammed because door expanded.. I called him, he stopped by and fixed it. no hassles at all.
Definitely has good future in this business as he has a "help attitude".

I've just recently had 4 security screen doors and 3 aluminium shutters installed to my new house.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the great customer service and the items installed.
I love my security front screen door with the one way mesh and highly recommend it, and if you have west facing windows like me, the shutters have made a huge difference already this summer in reducing heat into the house.
